NCR-based realty developer Harmony Infra has acquired complete ownership of The Horizon Residences, in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad for Rs 250 crore by giving exit to the existing promoter and lender. The firm paid Rs 150 crore to the bank and Rs 100 crore to the promoter to acquire the right and will invest another Rs 550 crore to complete the project. The company is expecting Rs 1,600 crore revenue from this ultra-luxury residential project spread across towers comprising 264 residences.Indigo Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. is currently executing the project’s foundation carrying out deep excavation, piling, diaphragm wall construction, shoring, and associated ground engineering works across both residential towers.The project was launched 4-5 years ago by Saya group. “We entered the project a year ago by acquiring 50% stake and understanding of acquiring the balance stake within a year. We have settle old homebuyers, giving exit to those who wanted to. Single ownership, committed capital, and a contractor on the ground ensures that the project is finished right,” said Sailander Solanki, Founder & Chairman, Harmony Infra Ventures.The project is located on the NH-9 corridor — the Delhi-Meerut Expressway — which now carries the Namo Bharat RRTS on its full 82 km Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut route, operational since February 2026. A dedicated RRTS station at Ghaziabad connects the corridor to central Delhi at speeds of up to 160 km/h. Residential prices in Indirapuram rose nearly 73% between FY2021 and FY2025 — nearly double the pace of the broader Ghaziabad market over the same period. Across Delhi-NCR, homes priced above Rs 6 crore recorded a 209% jump in sales. The region also posted 24% year-on-year average price growth.“There is a shortage of qualiy development in Indirapuram as most of the projects are old and doesn’t have new amenities. Many locals, who are looking to upgrade, will have the option now,” said H S Kandhari, co-founder and executive director, Harmony Infra Ventures The Horizon Residences offers 4 BHK, 5 BHK, and 5 BHK residences and has a multi-level rooftop clubhouse spanning 6,227 sq. mt. The project has been designed by Atwin, with structural consultancy by Optimum Design and landscape architecture by New York-based Nostri Design. Harmony Infra Ventures has initiated and planned over 5 million square feet of development, primarily across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Delhi-NCR.
