EVIAN-LES-BAINS, France—As if stubborn wars, a struggling global economy and artificial intelligence weren’t heady enough issues, G7 leaders added an additional global scourge to this year’s summit agenda: cancer.
It was overshadowed by U.S. President Donald Trump’s talk of Iran’s nuclear program and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urging Russia to end its four-year war.
