Jersey Mike's achieved a score of 84, with the study attributing its success to freshness, food variety, value and an efficient business model. While no longer the overall leader, Chick-fil-A remains the highest-rated restaurant within the chicken category. McDonald's and Dairy Queen were ranked at the bottom of the customer satisfaction index, both receiving scores of 72.
