Fire engines from four stations are in attendance as crews battle the flames.Pictures show flames coming from the store with smoke pouring into the sky from all parts of the building.At 9am, the fire service said: "Four engines are currently at the scene from East and West Sussex. Crews are using positive pressure ventilation fans for smoke clearance. Please avoid the area as roads remain closed at this time."‌‌
