Despite the diplomatic progress, markets remain cautious as neither side has released the agreement's text, and US allies expressed doubt over the speed of resuming commodity flows. The CME FedWatch Tool shows the probability of a December Fed rate hike eased to 57% from 70%. Technically, gold holds above $4,300 with resistance at $4,500–$4,550 and support at $4,060.
