Gold prices declined marginally at leading jewellery retailers across India today (Monday, June 29, 2026), offering some relief to buyers planning to purchase the precious metal. US-Iran military exchanges in the Gulf briefly stoked safe-haven demand, but rising crude above $70 amplified inflation fears. Silver shed nearly 10% to $55.7 on COMEX.
