The Goonies star was reportedly taken to hospital after his flight from Chicago to Los Angeles landed at LAX Monday afternoon.‌A Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson confirmed it had responded to the airport to assist a 54-year-old male. The revealed he was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment.‌It's claimed the '80s teen star had been feeling sick on the flight. A passenger who is a doctor is said to have checked him out while the plane was still in the air.‌According to TMZ, doctors believe Feldman may be experiencing pancreatitis, the inflammation of the pancreas, or gallstones. The NHS describes pancreatitis as a condition that needs urgent attention."Acute pancreatitis is a serious condition where your pancreas suddenly becomes swollen and painful (inflamed)," their site reads.‌Feldman had been returning from Chicago, where he had went to attend an anniversary celebration Stand By Me. He was joined by co-stars Jerry O’Connell and Wil Wheaton as they marked 40 years of the film.In the Goonies, Feldman took on the role of Clark 'Mouth' Devereaux. The character was known for his sharp wit and chatty nature.Feldman was a big deal in the 80s. As well as the Goonies and Stand by Me, he also featured in The Lost Boys in 1987. In recent years, More recently, the actor has been vocal about child abuse in Hollywood.‌He has shared his own experiences and working to raise awareness. His personal life has seen its fair share of hurdles, including battles with substance abuse.Feldman, who was friends with Michael Jackson. Before heading to Chicago, he revealed on Instagram that he had stopped by the singer's childhood home in Gary, Indiana, on the way — and of the event itself.He said the impromptu visit to the property came as it closely coincided with the anniversary of the King of Pop’s death.
