The milestone coincides with the company's recognition among Vietnam's Best Workplaces for a second consecutive year, after being included in the Great Place to Work rankings in both 2025 and 2026.
Founded in 2016 as AXA Engineers, Axanh was established to help Vietnamese engineers participate in international design projects, initially serving clients in the United States. Over the past decade, the company has focused on developing technical capabilities, standardizing workflows, and building systems to support collaboration with overseas partners.
"Our first 10 years helped us build a foundation of trust, experience, operational capability and culture," said Anthony Nguyen, founder and CEO of Axanh. "In the next stage, we will continue investing in people, quality standards, systems and the long-term development of Vietnamese engineering talent."

According to Anthony Nguyen, engineering quality depends not only on individual expertise but also on processes, operational discipline and consistent review systems. Through its involvement in international projects, the company's engineering teams have strengthened delivery standards through regular design reviews, client coordination and cross-border collaboration.
