MANILA, Philippines — Several former Ateneo de Manila University men’s basketball players arrived at the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Camp Crame, Quezon City on Tuesday, June 16, amid its investigation into the fatal drownings of players Rene Baterbonia and Divine Adili.
Among the players seen entering the CIDG were Anton Asistio, Mike Nieto, Geo Chiu, Kyle Ong, Tyler Tio, Lars Fjelvang, Dom Escobar, Kymani Ladi and Josh Lazaro.
None of them gave a statement to the media.
