Taras Kachka, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, has said he is confident that EU member states will unanimously support the opening of the remaining five negotiating clusters with Ukraine.

Details: Kachka said he had always admired the European Union's ability to reconcile differing positions and reach common decisions, even when compromise had seemed impossible. He added that he had been impressed by the work of those who prepared the opening of the first negotiating cluster with Ukraine.
"I think we will see the same unanimity when it comes to opening the remaining clusters. At this point, I believe there is broad consensus on this issue... and that the process will be very successful," Kachka said.
