Senior US officials said that the agreement was endorsed by US President, Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance and Iranian Parliament Speaker, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
The deal followed weeks of negotiations and comes 108 days after military confrontation erupted between Iran on one side and the United States and Israel on the other.
