MANILA, Philippines — The National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) on Monday announced that qualified grantees of the Expanded Centenarians Act (ECA) may now receive their cash gifts through digital means.

Under the ECA, seniors who reach ages 80, 85, 90, and 95 receive a cash gift of P10,000, while those who reach 100 receive P100,000.
