Alleged crime boss Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala, his wife and three co-accused are set to appear in the Johannesburg High Court on Monday in a case involving allegations of attempted murder, money laundering and fraud.
Alleged crime boss Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala and his co-accused, including his wife, are set to appear in the Johannesburg High Court on Monday.
The accused are Musa Kekana, Tiego Floyd Mabusela, Matlala's wife, Tsakani Matlala, and Mabusela's daughter, Nthabiseng Nzama.
Kekana is accused number one, Mabusela is accused number two, Matlala is accused number three, Tsakani Matlala is accused number four, and Nzama is accused number five.
The group faces 25 charges, including 11 counts of attempted murder linked to three separate shooting incidents allegedly committed between August 2022 and January 2024.
