ByJERUSALEM POST SPORTS STAFFJUNE 15, 2026 06:38Representatives of Argentina’s delegation to the 2026 Maccabiah Games met with Javier Milei at the Casa Rosada ahead of their departure for Israel to compete in the world’s largest Jewish sporting event.The delegation, organized by Federación Argentina de Centros Comunitarios Macabeos (FACCMA), met with Milei and Argentine Chancellor Pablo Quirno to discuss the upcoming Games and Argentina’s participation.According to FACCMA, Milei reaffirmed his support for Israel and democracy in the Middle East while expressing interest in the various sports in which Argentine athletes will compete.During the visit, delegation members presented the president with the team’s official jersey bearing his name and the delegation jacket.
