A 48-year-old man will know his fate at the end of the month when he appears for sentencing after pleading guilty to a drug-related offence.

Votolo Kasala of Sagone Salelesi was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of utensils. He admitted the offence in court without legal representation.

According to the summary of facts, on 6 April, around 4 pm, the police came to Kasala’s residence in Salelesi after receiving information. The police conducted a search after notifying Kasala.

Police found 0.03 grams of methamphetamine in a clear zip-lock bag, one straw and four broken glass pipes.

Upon the discovery of the items, the police told Kasala of his rights, which, according to the summary of facts, Kasala understood and acknowledged.
