Peddapuram-based Sri Lalitha Enterprises Industries Private Limited managing director Matte Srinivas and his wife, Vidyullatha, offered various silver articles and gold ornaments to the presiding deities at Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Srisailam on Saturday.The offerings included gold ‘Namams’ (forehead marks), a silver ‘Jatajutam’ (matted hair arrangement) featuring a crescent moon, various silver ritual items, a gold ‘Rudraksha’ garland, and ‘Mangalasutras.’The total weight of the silver articles offered to the deities was 42.516 kg, while the gold ornaments weighed 73.500 grams. The approximate value of these items is around ₹1 crore, according to the donors.The silver articles and gold ornaments were handed over to temple executive officer, M. Srinivasa Rao, by Matte Srinivas’s family members Rohan, Rakesh (South Indian shopping mall director), and Adityakrishna, under the supervision of trust board member Ala Anil Kumar.Chief priests of the Lord’s and Goddess’s temples, Veeraiah Swamy and Vijayakumar Swamy, along with chief security officer Srinivasa Rao, were also present during the occasion.
