The singer recalled his early days in One Direction - a rare mention of the band on his tours - and how it would always hold a special place in his heart.He told the 90,000 fans packed into the stadium: “Well, it is an absolute pleasure to be here at Wembley Stadium. Thank you so much for allowing us to do these shows here. Thank you for coming.“I'm aware I don't get to do this if you guys don't come. Just outside this building - at Wembley Arena 16 years ago, my sister brought me to London for the very first time for my X Factor audition. Driving here today, and anytime I come to Wembley, it means so much to me.”Harry then paid a heartfelt tribute to One Direction - which includes Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and the late Liam Payne - as he spoke about the start of his journey.He said: “It's right in that building next door where I was put into a band, One Direction. Driving here today, I drove the same way that I used to come when I first went to that building and she brought me in. She’s here tonight and I’m honestly very proud of her.”Harry also paid tribute to London, the city he grew up in after moving to the capital at the age of 16. Praising the people, the community and the atmosphere of the capital, he thanked the city for allowing him to make it his home.The singer was joined by country music queen Shania Twain, who is the support act for all 12 London shows. After London, the show will head to Sao Paulo, Mexico City, New York City, Melbourne and Sydney.As Harry belted through some of his biggest hits including Golden, Adore You, Music for a Sushi Restaurant, fans danced and sung their hearts out at Wembley Stadium. I wanted to be as close to as many of you as possible, because that’s what this tour is all about.
