The President said that while his administration had recorded successes in the fight against terrorism through military operations and rehabilitation programmes, there would be no mercy for criminals who refuse to abandon violence.
According to him, Nigeria's security forces have shifted from conventional training exercises with international allies to precision-targeting operations against terrorist groups.
