CALASIAO, PANGASINAN, Philippines — Former Ilocos Governor Chavit Singson refused to name the complainant in the cyberlibel case filed against him, but said: “Whoever he is, he is a bad person.”
In an exclusive interview over Bombo Radyo Laoag on June 11, Singson said the complainant had once asked for his help, and “I helped him but still turned against me.”

Giving a hint on who was behind the cyberlibel case, Singson said the fight (against corruption) will not last long because the Ombudsman has spoken and has pointed to (former House Speaker Martin Romualdez) and that it will file cases against him.”FEATURED STORIES
