GENERAL SANTOS CITY, Philippines — Mindanao State University-General Santos City (MSU-GSC) campus has appealed for immediate national government assistance after the powerful earthquake damaged infrastructure worth an estimated P900 million.
Shidik Zed Abantas, MSU-GCS chancellor, said the school’s engineering damage report was still preliminary and could increase as structural evaluations are still being completed across campus.
