Paramedics from the World Cup security medical team are said to have reached the scene within minutes and administered CPR, stabilising the man before he was taken to hospital.He was initially placed under observation in a stable condition, according to local authorities, but sadly later died.The 2026 World Cup began at 8pm local time with an opening match between Mexico and South Africa.
