A 3,118 sqm (33,561 sq ft) data center has been proposed in Katoomba, southeastern Australia.

The data center would be located at 41-45 Barton Street, which is an address in a residential neighborhood next to a public school in the region of the Blue Mountains, New South Wales.

The data center would be split into two wings and accompanied by three generator buildings.

The estimated development cost of the facility would be AUD$4.8m (USD$3.3m), according to the application form.
