Bafana Bafana's head coach, Hugo Broos, has challenged his squad to remain focused and block out the noise as they prepare to face co-hosts Mexico in their crucial World Cup Group A opener on Thursday at 9am at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City
Bafana Bafana are in Group A with Mexico, the Czech Republic and South Korea.
The 74-year-old Belgium international coach, a veteran tactician, regards the clash as absolutely pivotal to South Africa's chances of advancing beyond the group stage.
"There will be a massive crowd and there will not be so much South African support," Broos admitted.
