MOUZ opened Stage 3 of the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 with back-to-back victories, signaling the German esports organization could be a serious contender for the $500K championship prize.

What happened in Budapest

On December 4, MOUZ hit the ground running in what is the final and most consequential stage of the Budapest Major. Stage 3 is where the stakes escalate, with elimination matches looming and only the strongest squads advancing toward the playoff bracket.

MOUZ was not the only squad to open strong. Team Spirit, FURIA, and G2 Esports also posted impressive early results, setting up what looks like a loaded field heading into the elimination rounds.
