MANILA, Philippines – Globe Telecom Inc. has restored connectivity to 31 of the 32 municipalities that experienced network disruptions after the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that jolted parts of Mindanao earlier this week.
In a statement, the telco said services are now fully restored in the provinces of Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga del Norte, South Cotabato, Maguindanao del Norte, Maguindanao del Sur, Sultan Kudarat and Sarangani.

However, Globe said signals remain intermittent in some areas due to commercial power outages affecting telecommunications facilities.
