Heat-attributable years of life lost to CVD to rise through 2050

The heat-attributable burden of CVD in the U.S. is projected to increase through 2050, primarily in years of life lost and is anticipated to disproportionately impact older adults and those in lower-income counties, researchers reported.In the model with the highest levels of greenhouse gas emission through 2050, it was estimated that up to 70,000 excess CV deaths would be attributable to rising
