'Pinoy Big Brother' host Melai Cantiveros urges prayers for victims and casualties of the 7.8-magnitude Mindanao Earthquake that occurred last June 8.It was like a scene straight out of a disaster movie with many of our kababayans in Mindanao beginning their week on June 8 jolted by a powerful 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck off shore in Sarangani Province.
Citing data from the Office of Civil Defense (OCD), GMA News Online reported that as of 6 a.m. yesterday, 33 deaths in the Soccskargen area have been recorded. In another update that came in at 11 a.m., there have been 488 individuals who have been injured as well.
Pinoy Big Brother host and former housemate Melai Cantiveros took to Instagram to pray for everyone who has been affected by this powerful earthquake.
