Harry How / Getty ImagesJune 9, 2026 Updated 1:21 pm EDTLos Angeles Rams left tackle Alaric Jackson was arrested Monday night on suspicion of felony domestic violence, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to The Athletic.News of the arrest was first reported Tuesday by NBC4.Officers responded to a domestic battery violence call at 10:46 p.m. Jackson was booked Tuesday at 4:24 a.m. local time and released on $50,000 bond at 7:20 a.m., according to jail records.“We are aware of the incident regarding Alaric Jackson, and we take these matters very seriously,” the Rams said in a statement. “Due to this being an ongoing legal situation, we cannot comment further at this time.”

In November, Jackson was sued by a woman who alleged that he recorded sexual acts with her on his phone without her consent in May 2024 in Los Angeles. The lawsuit claims that Jackson “pressured her into sexual acts” and lied that he had deleted the video and later transmitted it, thus “retraumatizing her.”He was suspended by the league for two games in 2024 for violating its personal conduct policy. No details were provided for why he was suspended.Jackson, who turns 28 next month, entered the league as an undrafted free agent, signing with the Rams in May 2021. He has started 51 of 57 games over five NFL seasons. In February 2025, the Rams and Jackson agreed to a three-year, $57 million contract extension.
