APAC data center developer Digital Decarbonization Solutions Platform (DDSP) has secured financing for a new project.

The company this week announced the completion of a financing transaction with Nomura in support of the first phase of its 80MW data center campus in Taiwan. The size of the transaction wasn’t shared.

The first phase of the campus, being developed in partnership with Keppel Group, is contracted to an unnamed “leading global hyperscale” customer.

“The successful completion of this financing for our Taiwan campus marks another important milestone for DDSP as we continue scaling across Asia-Pacific,” said Frederic Devos, CEO of DDSP. “We are pleased to have worked with Nomura on this transaction and look forward to continuing to expand our institutional financing relationships across the region.”
