Bharathiar University (BU) has notified admissions into Ph.D. (full time/ part time) programmes for July 2026 intake, offered through its departments, affiliated colleges and recognised research institutions in the districts of Coimbatore, Erode, Tiruppur and The Nilgiris.Eligible candidates could apply online at www.b-u.ac.in, from June 10 to 29, Registrar R. Rajavel said in a press release.Candidates applying in more than one college must submit separate applications, paying ₹1,000 for each (₹500 for SC/ST candidates on producing photo copy of community certificate).The applications should unfailingly be submitted on or before June 29, 2026. The selection of candidates will be based on marks scored in Common Entrance Test conducted during May.More details could be accessed at the university website, the press release said.
