Primate of The African Church, Nigeria and Overseas, His Eminence, Julius Abbe, has called on President Bola Tinubu to tighten the security of Nigeria and put an end to terrorism and banditry.
Abbe said this on Sunday at the investiture, consecration and elevation programme of new archbishops, bishops and archdeacons, which was held at The African Church Arch Cathedral, Lagos.
“Most of the churches suffer from insecurity across the country, especially in the North. Not only from our church but also from other churches, as many properties have been razed and people attacked,” Abbe said.
He called on the Federal Government to do more in securing the lives of Nigerian people to realise the prosperity and progress of the country.
