BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Aspiring and experienced singers in this city and nearby areas will have a chance to refine their craft as “Viva Voce,” one of the country’s premier vocal ensembles, returns here for a vocal workshop and recital this June.
The four-day program, scheduled from June 20 to June 23, marks a meaningful homecoming for the group, whose Viva Voce Voice Workshops began in Baguio years ago.
Organizers described the return as a celebration of music, learning, friendship and artistic community.
Workshop sessions will run from June 20 to June 22 at the Aller School of Music in Barangay Sto. Tomas, while a culminating recital will be held on June 23 at the University of the Cordilleras Theater on Gov. Pack Road.
