Oba Femi vowed to become the next King of the Ring, and also vowed revenge on Lesnar. Fans were just as loud while booing Domink Mysterio, who called himself a 20-year veteran and said he’d rule over Oba and WWE. Fans booed Dominik while chanting for Oba. JD McDonagh hit Oba from behind with a steel chair, but Oba no-sold it. Oba punched the chair into JD’s face, but Dominik hit a 619 as Oba reached for JD. Oba shotput Domink across the ring, but JD McDonagh dragged him out before Oba could hit a Fall from Grace. Oba said Rey Mysterio is his father, but next week, he’ll introduce Dom to his Daddy.Liv Morgan Def. Becky Lynch, Chelsea Green And Alexa BlissChelsea Green was featured prominently throughout this match and the crowd ate it up. Anytime she has been used on this European tour, she has come off as the most underrated performer in the entire company. Becky Lynch drew massive heat for cutting off Green, but Green returned the table by pulling Becky’s leg from the second rope. Green battled Morgan on the second rope, but Alexa Bliss came flying in with a second-rope power bomb. Bliss countered Oblivion with Sister Abigail for a nearfall. Lynch tried to vulture a pin with a Manhandle Slam, but Green vultured Becky with an Unpretty-her. As Green went for the pin, Liv Morgan rolled up Chelsea for the win. Match Grade: A-MORE FOR YOUSol Ruca Def. Lyra Valkyria Backstage, Bayley seemed slightly jealous of Lyra Valkyria’s IC Title shot during a passive-aggressive pep talk. The story of this match was Lyra Valkyria’s great scouting of Sol Ruca’s offense. Lyra countered one athletic Sol move after another, but she was no match for the Sol Snatcher, which Sol hit right on the nose. Fans danced along to Sol’s music, and her stock continues to rise after a rough start. Match Grade: BLA Knight Appears Live LA Knight stood in the ring as fans chanted his name wildly. It was almost like he was sending a message to the higher-ups as to how over he is. Knight said that normally he’d vow to win his KOTR qualifier and face Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Fans chanted “OTC." Knight responded that he wasn’t mad they chanted his name, but he was mad that he pulled the wool over their eyes.Knight said he may be unchosen, but the people chose him and he chose himself. Knight promised he wouldn’t quit. He said he would wish every man in the match good luck, including Jey Uso, who would need luck to win on his own. WWE production was late on their music cue, but Jey Uso’s music finally hit as he walked out. Paris went wild for all the yeeting, and Jey even ran it back by popular demand. Knight interrupted Jey’s encore. Jey issued a warning shot and walked out of the ring as WWE played Jey’s music again, but LA Knight once again interrupted. Knight wished Jey Uso good luck, but then ended with “screw your family.” Jey Uso took his shirt off and went to approach Knight, but Jimmy stopped him. Penta Def. Rey Mysterio Backstage, Chad Gable continued his apology tour. Penta, Dragon Lee and Rey Mysterio accepted his apology. Given how much Gable has been used on WWE TV, it looks like he may be off the table as AEW tamperers become increasingly desperate for WWE castoffs. Mysterio received a huge ovation as he returned to his long pants circa 2003. Rey went for an early 619, but Penta countered. Mysterio was quick on the draw as he hit a springboard moonsault to the outside on Penta. Back came Penta with a tope to the outside as Paris chanted “Lucha Libre.” Fans exploded into the chant they gave AJ Styles as he action picked up on the outside. Back in the ring, Penta hit the Penta Driver for a nearfall. Rey came back with a 619 for a nearfall as fans chanted “this is awesome.” Rey followed up with another 619, but Penta got his knees up for the big splash, and Penta retained with the Mexican Destroyer for the win. After the match, Ethan Page and Rusev crashed the ring and took out both babyfaces. Dragon Lee made the save, but was outnumbered. Page instructed Rusev to unmask Rey Mysterio, which he did. Fans booed Rusev heavily as Penta covered Rey Mysterio’s face. Chad Gabe hit the ring to a huge pop and ran wild with one German suplex after another. Gable secured the ankle lock on Ethan Page, who escaped with help from Rusev. Gable returned Rey’s mask.Match Grade: AJe’Von Evans Def. Seth Rollins, Talla Tonga And Ricky Saints There was chaos to begin this match, which was mostly dominated by Talla Tonga early on. Je’Von Evans exploded with a flurry of offense. When he threw his t-shirt into the crowd, there was nearly a mob scene between fans trying to secure it. Je’Von looked to take flight, but was cut off by Ricky Saints and a Revolution DDT for the nearfall. After Talla, Ricky and Seth were all dumped to the outside, Je’Von polished it off with his patented dive to the outside. The four combatants hit the Tower of Doom, but Evans landed on his feet. The action spilled to the outside yet again where Talla hit a chokeslam on Je’Von, immediately followed by two stomps on Talla from Seth Rollins. Seth missed a stomp on Saints back in the ring, but he spun the block and hit another Stomp on Saints. Austin Theory pulled the referee out of the ring at two as Montez made the save. Bron Breakker appeared out of nowhere and hit a Torpedo Spear on Rollins. Ricky Saints tried to vulture the pinfall, but Je’Von cut him off with an OG Cutter for the win. Match Grade: A-
