Social Media User, Samuel Adeyeye Detained Over Post On Adekunle Gold’s Daughter Regains Freedom After Paying Fine

Human rights activist and presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore, has confirmed the release of social media user Samuel Adeboye Adeyeye, popularly known as Swanky_concept, after an unnamed benefactor paid a court-imposed fine.

Sowore disclosed this in a post on X on Monday, stating that Adeyeye regained his freedom after a “Good Samaritan” stepped in to settle the fine imposed by the court in lieu of imprisonment.

“A piece of good news worth reporting is that Samuel Adeboye Adeyeye, popularly known online by his handles @Swanky001 and Swanky_concept, has regained his freedom after a Good Samaritan paid the court-imposed fine,” Sowore wrote.
