The FDA has expanded approval for marstacimab-hncq, which can now be given as routine prophylaxis for all individuals aged 6 years and older with hemophilia A or B, with or without inhibitors, Pfizer announced in a press release. Marstacimab-hncq (Hympavzi, Pfizer) is the first approved nonfactor, subcutaneous prophylaxis therapy for children with hemophilia B aged 6 to 11 years.
