The agreement will see Stark acquire the rights to five data center campuses under active development, with a combined IT capacity of approximately 5.6GW.
Each site will be developed with co-located natural gas generation to provide the data centers with dedicated behind-the-meter power.
The lead project in the portfolio is Sagebrush 1. Details on the project are limited, but Stark claims it is located adjacent to utility-scale power infrastructure and is designed to support more than 1.5GW of data center capacity. Further details on the projects and SageBrush were not immediately available.
