A family is preparing to bid farewell to a beloved toddler whose life was cut tragically short in a devastating road accident that also claimed the lives of her grandparents.
According to a relative, Abigail Jumat, 35, the deadly crash occurred on May 24 on Winery Road near Firgrove, in the Western Cape.
"The children, Nathan and Jodie, were spending the weekend with their grandparents, Wayne and Debra, at their home in Raithby near Firgrove.
“They were on their way to drop the kids off when Wayne had a heart attack behind the wheel and lost control of the vehicle,” said the aunt of Nathan and Jodie.
