He says no step will be delayed when public interest is involved
A decision on what action will be taken on Ad-din Medical College Hospital following a probe into the deaths of six newborns is set to be finalised on Tuesday, the health minister says.
Minister Sardar Md Sakhawat Husain made the announcement on Monday at an event at the health ministry's conference room.
"The government will not hesitate for a moment to take any kind of decision in the public interest," he added.

The newborns in a neonatal ward were taken ill and suddenly died over the span of a few hours
Health department spokesman Zahid Raihan said initial information did not suggest any mistreatment as the cause of the deaths.
Air conditioning in the ward where the babies were was not working in the early hours on Wednesday.
Each affected family has already received Tk 1 million in compensation
