A six-star luxury cruise ship will set sail from London this summer.Expedition yacht Scenic Eclipse II will dock in Greenwich for the first time in July.The discovery yacht, designed for polar exploration and to reach remote parts of the Mediterranean and Asia, carries two helicopters, a custom-built submersible and offers butler service in every suite.The vessel, launched in 2023, will arrive at London Tilbury on 30 July before reaching Greenwich on 31 July for an overnight stay ahead of a five-day northern Europe sailing to Hamburg. Departing from Greenwich on 1 August, Scenic Eclipse II will sail down the Thames before continuing through Ostend, Belgium, cruising the Elbe River to Hamburg. Prices start from £4,495 per person.The cruise ship has capacity for up to 228 guests – reduced to 200 in polar regions – and has a one-to-one crew-to-guest ratio.Every cabin is a suite and comes with butler service and a private verandah or terrace.
