MANILA, Philippines — Government contractor Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya will not seek hospital arrest despite still recovering from shoulder surgery, his lawyer said on Monday.
Discaya was served an arrest warrant earlier in the day while detained at the Senate in connection with a malversation case linked to an alleged P53.9-million flood control project in Calumpit, Bulacan.
