Footage from the event captured the competitive afternoon snooze as pups of all shapes and sizes, from fluffy white Maltese to adorable Corgis and sprawling Golden Retrievers, curled into tight, furry nests near their owners.
The scene resembled a living tapestry of quiet comfort, with dogs twitching their paws in deep, dreaming slumber while their humans rested under the warm, golden afternoon sun.
"It’s a unique experience, and I think it’s very well organized by Yuhan-Kimberly (a health goods manufacturer). The dogs here seem calm and well-behaved, making it an event everyone can enjoy," shared participant Lee Min-ji.
As the competition commenced, the initial excitement faded into a tranquil hush beneath the canopy of rustling leaves. Some dogs napped atop their pet parents lying on bean bags, while others snoozed comfortably beside their owners or in strollers.
