The pre-eminence of the Daily Mail's podcasts has been recognised with a series of top honours at the True Crime Awards, including Podcast of the Year.Pipeline, the series about a group of divers sucked into an oil pipe deep beneath the Caribbean and left to die, beat entries from The Times, Telegraph and BBC to take the top award.It also claimed the Podcast: Impact for Change award and was highly commended for Best Serialised Podcast.Judges said Pipeline was an 'extremely well researched and impeccably delivered podcast' and a 'tense, powerful and gripping example of the true crime genre at its very best'.
