Russian forces have struck an infrastructure facility in Odesa Oblast with missiles, injuring eight road workers and damaging road equipment unique to Ukraine.

More details: Eight road workers were injured. Two of them are in a serious condition. Road equipment unique to Ukraine used at the site also sustained damage.
