A man has been arrested in the homicide case of a Richmond Hill man who went missing nearly four years ago.Robert Perelstein, 45, was reported missing by his family in August 2022, according to York police, a week after police found human remains along a trail in a rural area north of Pickering. The family reportedly told police that they were unable to contact Perlstein, which they said was out of character for him. At that time, police could not connect the remains to Perelstein. Perelstein was last scene in the area of Bathurst Street and Orchard Heights Boulevard in Aurora, Ont., police reported.
