‘Late Checkout’ joins forces with Korean pop-up ‘Seoulful’ by Swathi Yarabolu to bring the combined flavours of Indian and Korea including food, art and culture at the ‘The Look East Edition’ event to be held at Akan, Jubilee Hills on June 7 (Sunday).The event is designed as a family day out with workshops running all day with live dance & music, and hands-on activities across the three floors. Street food, tattoo & nail studios, handmade goods, photo-booths, styling stations, books, et al will be part of the activities which are likely to go on till 7.30 p.m. There is also a ‘Drive Zone’ for guests to experience and test-drive BMW and Mini Cooper.A special highlight will be a visiting artist offering free Sumi-e (Japanese ink wash) art and calligraphy sessions from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m. Tickets are available on BookMyshow.
