The data center arm of UAE property conglomerate Damac has said it plans to achieve an IT capacity landbank of 6GW across 13 countries and more than 35 sites.

The Dubai-based firm said it is expanding in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East driven by an increasing demand for AI, cloud computing and digital infrastructure.

Damac Digital said it has broken ground on ten new sites in the last five months and expects eight to be operational by the end of the year.

The firm is targeting more than 700MW of operational capacity across 14 sites by Q1 2027 and 2GW by the end of Q1 2028.
