An application to bankrupt an All Black great has been adjourned for a second time.
The application to have Andrew Philip Mehrtens adjudicated bankrupt was called at the High Court at Christchurch on Thursday morning.
Stuff reported when the application was first called a fortnight ago. At that hearing, appearances were excused to allow a part payment to be made towards the debt.
The application was made by Christchurch law firm Saunders Robinson Brown.
On Thursday, Associate Judge Dale Lester said appearances were again excused, “for discussion of payment terms to continue”.
