"Sleepless night knowing that this morning is coming... It's gonna be difficult. Yeah, I'm gonna miss them all. Miss them badly, yeah," he said.Rebekah then said, "How am I going to deal with my dad's emotions? Megs is there. How am I going to deal with saying goodbye to my eldest, who's not coming? And how the f*** is this all going to come together?"‌Rebekah was then seen crying into her dad's shoulder as she gave him a goodbye hug. Megan then said, "I actually feel sick to my stomach."As the family got on the plane to Italy, Rebekah said to Jamie on FaceTime: "I am never doing this again. And if we're doing it again, you're doing it, not me."‌After arriving at their new home on the shores of Lake Garda, Rebekah continued to share her stress, saying to her husband: "We're not friends at the minute. You put me through hell."Later, she added: "My past few days have been very stressful. I was annoyed at you for putting me through all this stress. So, I hope you are grateful," to which Jamie replied: "You know I am."The star went on to explain that most of her stress stems from moving frequently as a child after her parents' split.Article continues below"We ended up moving around quite a bit. I ended up going to quite a few different schools, so I never really got attached to any one place, and it really, really made me incredibly insecure. And as a result of that, I always found it really hard to find a sense of belonging," Rebekah said."Jamie being at Leicester for so long provided that sense of security, and I think that may be why I get so stressed."The Vardys continues on ITV1 tonight (Wednesday, June 3) at 9pm, and is available to stream on ITVX
