A constable attached to the Avadi Battalion has been arrested as he allegedly misbehaved with a teenage girl during a temple celebration.Police said constable Vijayakumar of Idaiyankulam near Sivagiri, who had been attached to the Avadi Battalion, had come to his native place for the temple festival held recently. During the festivities, Vijayakumar allegedly misbehaved with a 14-year-old girl studying in Class 8.Following a complaint from the victim’s parents, the Puliyangudi All Women Police arrested Vijayakumar on Wednesday.
