QuiX Quantum announced the first installation of its Feed-Forward Control Unit (FFCU), a hardware component designed for its universal photonic quantum computing architecture.

The FFCU enables real-time feed-forward control by converting single-photon measurement signals into control actions on photonic integrated circuits.

The system combines FPGA-based processing and custom electronics, with a reported latency of approximately 150 nanoseconds between detector input and control output.
